Log into your Google webmaster tools and select the site that you want to submit the URL and navigate to Diagnostics which is present at left side, select Fetch as Googlebot and submit the URL that Googlebots to crawl. If your URL is successfully fetched you’ll see a new Submit to index link as shown in the below image.
Once you click on the Submit Index a dialog box appears that allow you to choose whether you want to submit the only URL, or that URL and all its linked pages.
